Mushroom spores are not intended for cultivation or human consumption. Any mention of cultivation of these mushrooms or spores will result in a cancellation of order and a refusal of service.
California, Georgia, and Idaho have specific enforceable state amendments that prohibit the sale or possession of cubensis spores and cultures. We cannot and will not fulfill any orders to California, Georgia, or Idaho. Any order placed for spores to be shipped to those states will be refused.
We do not condone the recreational use of psilocybin-containing mushrooms. Psilocybin-containing mushrooms are decriminalized in a few areas around the United States and legalized in even fewer. Do not contact us for instructions on cultivating psilocybin-containing mushrooms. We will not provide that type of information. Any party that mentions intent to use our P. cubensis products for cultivation or germination will have their order cancelled and be denied the ability to purchase in the future.
